At French Arabian, we follow a strict no cancellation and no refund policy.
- No Cancellations
- Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled for any reason.
- Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.
- No Refunds
- We do not provide refunds for any products once sold.
- This applies to all orders, irrespective of circumstances, including dissatisfaction with fragrance preference, change of mind, or delayed delivery due to courier partners.
- Damaged / Defective Products
- Every product is checked before dispatch. Since perfumes are classified as personal care use products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
- In the rare event that a product is damaged in transit, customers are required to report it immediately upon delivery with supporting photos/video evidence. Resolution in such cases will be at the sole discretion of French Arabian.
- Responsibility of the Customer
- Customers must ensure that correct shipping details (address, contact number, pin code) are provided at checkout. We will not be responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information.
